Title: Performance Graphic Designer

Location: Washington, D.C.Salary: Competitive salary and benefits package based on qualifications; classified as full-time salaried; exempt and not eligible for overtime.Reports to: Graphic Design and Marketing Teams

Travel: Occasional travel may be required

Position Overview

Tuckernuck is looking for a Performance Graphic Designer who will develop and drive innovative solutions for digital storytelling across our paid digital marketing channels. This role will work seamlessly with the Graphic Design, Paid Marketing, Art Direction and Digital Assets teams as we continue to grow, evolve, and innovate our digital footprint.

Core Responsibilities

Design creative projects for targeted marketing campaigns across a number of retail media ad productsProduce digital content through the creation of digital ads, GIFs and animations across various platformsAbility to work with video footage, animations, illustrations, etcUnderstanding of all social channel ad products and industry best practicesUnderstanding of various proofing tools and collaborative project management toolsHighly professional with the ability to deliver solid work on tight scheduleImplement the client brand identity, visual and voice into every campaign 7 communicationUtilize outstanding design skills and demonstrate innovation in creating original solutionsCommunicate and present design concepts; build presentation materials that successfully communicate design conceptsBe able to brief and collaborate with outside partners to communicate creative direction, execute campaigns and deliver assetsMinimum Qualifications

4 years in digital visual design for marketing, and/or advertising projectsBachelor's degree in Design, Media Arts, or similarPortfolio work with experience in digital marketing with a love for content creation, design, GIF, video and photographyKnowledge/Skills/Abilities

Knowledge of all social platforms, best practices and related trends.Desire and ability to drive innovation, both in technology and in processes.High level of proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.Efficient time management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills.Strong multitasking skills with a sense of timing and urgency.Exceptional attention to detail.Excellent communication and transparency.Problem-solving skills and ability to follow creative direction.Initiative-taking and a positive, professional attitude.Core Values
