Our client is seeking a
Digital Creative Project Manager
to join the Creative team, overseeing the day-to-day management of process and workflow. You will bring strong creative aptitude and extensive experience in managing high-value digital experiences. The ideal candidate is good-natured, thrives under pressure, leads by example, and serves as a motivating and positive presence within the team.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Oversight : Collaborate across business and marketing teams to oversee e-commerce and social media projects, ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion.Standups and Documentation : Lead daily standups, manage project documentation, and maintain schedules, meeting notes, weekly reports, and other essential materials for stakeholders and project teams.Feedback and Revisions Management : Oversee the feedback and revisions process to maintain quality and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.Creative Approvals : Work closely with Creative leads to manage approvals and route creative work through executive leadership.Asset Management : Organize and manage project assets from kickoff through final delivery, and sometimes through implementation or installation.Issue Resolution : Proactively identify potential issues and work with the Head of Creative Project Management to develop and implement effective solutions.Qualifications
Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Digital Project Manager or Interactive Producer.Expertise in managing large-scale digital design and development projects.Proven experience in managing design teams with a strong focus on delivering high-quality work.Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.In-depth understanding of creating production schedules from concepting to delivery.Ability to earn the trust and respect of stakeholders and creatives in a complex environment with moving timelines.Capacity to work with detail-oriented individuals and projects while staying focused on core objectives and schedules.A team-player mentality, bringing a positive attitude and determination to succeed in all endeavors.
Compensation
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $47.87 to $53.19 per hour. Compensation is based on several factors, including but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
