About the Role:
As our Senior Marketing Project Manager, you'll be at the heart of our marketing efforts, orchestrating complex campaigns and ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality marketing assets. This role offers a unique blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, allowing you to shape our marketing operations while working with a collaborative and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:Spearhead multifaceted marketing campaigns, managing everything from print and digital assets to out-of-home advertisementsDevelop and refine project management processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness across the marketing departmentCollaborate with leadership to prioritize projects and align marketing initiatives with organizational goalsManage resource allocation and capacity planning for both internal teams and external agenciesDrive continuous improvement in our marketing operations, implementing innovative solutions to enhance productivityFacilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring smooth communication between marketing, creative teams, and stakeholdersOversee project timelines, mitigate risks, and pivot strategies as needed in a fast-paced environmentWhat You'll Bring:
6+ years of experience in creative project management, marketing operations, or related fieldBachelor's degree or higherStrong leadership skills with a proven ability to coach teams and build client relationshipsExperience in process improvement and implementing efficiency-boosting initiativesExceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProficiency in project management tools, particularly SmartsheetAdaptability and problem-solving skills to thrive in a dynamic environmentExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsWhy Join Us:
