As the Regional Field Marketing Manager for US/Canada, you will work closely with a talented group of Field Marketing Managers, leading their efforts to enable sales teams to understand their customers and successfully position our products and services. You will gather market insights and activate campaigns with local teams. Additionally, you will be the voice of the Americas market for our Life Science commercial and business teams. Your role will involve coordinating resources to ensure growth in the Life Science sector, particularly by increasing sales pipelines and marketing-attributed revenues.

How You`ll Make An Impact:

Work to coach, mentor and manage the performance of the LSG Field Marketers in the USA/Canada team. Ensuring they meet all performance metrics and work effectively with the commercial team.Develop and execute tactical plans in collaboration with product managers to develop go-to-market plans that align product offerings with market demand, pricing strategies, distribution channels, and promotional activities, maximizing product adoption and revenue growth.Enable the sales team with tools and resources, such as marketing collateral, customer insights, and competitive analysis, to better engage prospects and close deals.Generate leads through targeted marketing efforts such as events, promotions, and campaigns. Support the Outbound marketing teams with localized messaging and Market intelligence to develop marketing campaigns that resonate with the local markets.Identify and activate KOLs and thought-leaders to support strategic objectives and identify key events in local markets to utilize them.What You Bring:

Education: Master`s degree or equivalent in related field, MBA preferred.Work Experience: 7 years of proven work experience with a mix of marketing, strategic, technical, and business background.A minimum of 4 years marketing experience including upstream and downstream activities.Solid knowledge and understanding of Bio-Rad products, technologies, and applications.Sold public speaking skills.Moderate level of field experiences including some higher-level customer facing activities.

Compensation:

The estimated base salary range for this position is $169,800 to $233,400 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
