Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly creative Creative Director to lead our Community Fashion Startup in developing innovative and engaging visual concepts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, design, marketing, & community engagement. Has a keen eye for detail, and the ability to bring ideas to life.
team player who actively gives ideas toward campaigns, social media content, and design. Helps with graphic design, set design, inventory styling, and event creativity.
Duties- aiding in developing concepts, graphics, and layouts for various projects- Present ideas & research for campaigns to help with cohesive branding and messaging- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate fresh ideas into projects
- provide sustainable and intentional solutions to creative problems
- email or text the founder/ceo with ideas and updates daily/weekly
SkillsRequired:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Squarespace, Google Suite, Canva- Excellent communication and problem solving skills, isn't afraid to set boundaries around mental and physical health while also being adaptable/ flexible- Ability to manage/ attempt multiple projects
Nice-to-have:- Experience or passion in Fashion Marketing, Graphic Design, or Fine Arts,- Experience and or passion working in an advertising or creative studio
