employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel.Responsibilities:
Design end-to-end experiences, from strategy through pixel level detail. Some days you will be rapidly sketching ideas and hosting workshops, other days you will be crafting a vision to set up a project for long-term success.Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Research and Marketing to effectively deliver a cohesive brand experience.Develop wireframes, high-fidelity mockups and prototypes to meet the user stories and detailed functional requirements.Have a highly refined aesthetic sense and can both work within and expand our existing design system.Be a tireless advocate for an intuitive and holistic experience across all our digital properties.Have a point of view on best practices and proven processes for UX.Basic Qualifications:
5 years of experience as a UX Designer for a customer facing product in mobile and web.Portfolio showcasing a proven track record in creating customer focused, innovative UX that solves complex design problems.Demonstrated success working with cross functional, internal and external teams to deliver meaningful products on time.Specific examples of successful working relationships and processes with product management and engineering.Must be detailed oriented and self-motivated with a passion for pixel perfection, consistency, organization and usability.Superior communication and presentation skills ability to articulate your design decisions verbally and visually.Appreciation of standards good understanding of user centered methods and best practices.Expertise and skills in Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma.High School Diploma or GED.
