The Digital Marketing Coordinator, Property will support the Senior Manager, Digital Property Marketing in executing and managing the property websites and ILS syndication marketing platforms. This role is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the company’s digital presence, including the property websites, Google Analytics, and business listings management. The role includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure content accuracy and alignment with branding. The ideal candidate will have a background in digital marketing, project management skills, and a passion for innovative strategies.

Pay: $26 - $28 / Hour

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Property Websites and ILS Syndication:

Support new website set ups and website migrations.

Support and execute on strategies to enhance property website performance.

Monitor ADA and website performance and work with website vendors to make applicable updates.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content accuracy and relevance.

Support submitting and responding to website and ILS syndication help desk tickets.

Support ILS syndication and tracking set up.

Google Analytics and Looker Studio:

Manage Google Analytics accounts and provide access to relevant stakeholders.

Ensure website analytics is installed on all property websites.

Complete regular audits to ensure website analytics is being captured in each account.

Collaborate with website/SEO and SEM vendors to ensure events and Google Tag Manager is set up.

Monitor website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance.

Collaborate with marketing leadership to develop custom reports and dashboards in Looker Studio for deeper insights.

Business Listing Management:

Product owner of Business Listing Management.

Own NAP (name/address/phone) updates of business listings within corporate dashboard.

Own user access management of Google Business Profiles.

Support global initiatives to enhance online presence through business listing management.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with the IT department to ensure the functionality and security of digital platforms.

Work closely with the marketing team to align digital marketing efforts with overall marketing goals and campaigns.

Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed for specialized digital marketing services.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

Analyze digital marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns.

Support marketing leadership in preparing regular reports on website traffic, engagement metrics, and other key performance indicators.

Present findings and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.

Other:

Consistently and fairly enforce community rules and regulations, FPI Standard Operating Procedures.

Comply with all Fair Housing Laws and FPI policies and procedures.

Promote a professional image by adhering to FPI Management's Dress Code Policy.

Conduct displayed must be of a professional manner when communicating with employees, residents, prospective residents, clients, vendors, and guests while representing FPI Management.

Perform any and all functions as directed by the supervisor, including special project assistance.

Responsible for meeting all training requirements for the position (Grace Hill, Safety Meetings, etc.).

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

Proven 1-3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on managing content management systems and other marketing dashboards.

Preferred 2 years of experience in residential property management, retail, sales, or customer service.

Basic understanding of Google Analytics and experience with data analysis tools like Looker Studio.

Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing strategies.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Experience in video production and editing is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

High School diploma or equivalency certificate, 4-year college degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience in the field of property management.

Valid driver’s license and insured operable vehicle.

Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
