We are one of a kind.Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of DTF. As the Head of DTF, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the DTF process, ensuring high-quality and timely production. This is a leadership role that requires strong technical expertise and the ability to manage a team effectively.Duties:

Manage and supervise a team of DTF technicians.Oversee the entire DTF process, from start to final product.Ensure accurate color management and quality control throughout the production process.Operate and maintain DTF equipment, including Pre-Treat, presses, and printing machines.Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during production.Maintain inventory of DTF materials and supplies.Implement efficient workflows to maximize productivity and meet production deadlines.Train new employees on screen printing techniques and best practices.Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in DTF or a related field.Strong knowledge of DTF processes, including color separation and file preparation.Familiarity with print advertising standards and requirements.Experience operating Pre Treat machines, presses, and other DTF equipment.Knowledge of color management principles and techniques.Understanding of typography and design principles.We offer competitive compensation based on experience.If you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for DTF and have the skills required for this position, we would love to hear from you.
