The Director of Sales and Marketing will serve as the key leader responsible for overseeing the sales and marketing functions within the organization. This role involves managing a team, developing strategic sales goals, and implementing marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance customer relationships.Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure individual and team sales targets are met.Collaborate with revenue-generating departments to establish effective revenue strategies that drive financial performance.Create strategic account plans for key market segments to maximize sales opportunities.Drive proactive and reactive selling efforts to achieve individual and group booking goals.Conduct market research to identify trends, evaluate competition, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.Cultivate strong partnerships with local organizations to increase brand awareness.Monitor market position through reports like STAR report and competitive shopping reports.Attend sales strategy meetings and contribute insights to enhance overall sales strategy.Propose innovative marketing ideas and develop deployment strategies to expand market share.Act as the primary point of contact for the General Manager, Regional Sales leaders, and guests on sales-related matters.Establish community relations through participation in trade shows and client events.Accompany Sales and Marketing team members on sales calls to secure new business opportunities.Identify public relations opportunities to support the marketing communication strategy.Coordinate crisis communications in collaboration with the General Manager.Ensure compliance with regulations and Brand Standards in partnership with Human Resources, Engineering, and Loss Prevention teams.Provide exceptional customer service to drive satisfaction and loyalty among customers.Qualifications:
