OurDirector of Marketing: As the Director of Marketing, you will focus oninnovative and strategic marketing that will drive growth across ourcompany and industries. You are well versed in marketing strategy,analysis, and campaign execution, and have a passion for leading anddeveloping people. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop adiverse team Create and manage marketing strategies for Findorff, ourindustries, and departments Manage brand presence Understand and monitormarketing trends Develop and maintain marketing initiatives and providereporting and analyses to leadership Develop communications, messaging,and PR strategies Oversee and provide strategic copywriting and contentcreation Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and ensurealignment with department and company goals Ensure processes andprocedures are established where needed Education & Experience: 10+years of relevant experience and a BA degree, preferably in Marketing,Business Administration or a related field Excellent written and verbalcommunication and people skills Successful collaborator that is detailoriented and highly organized Passion for strategy and proactiveplanning Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfort with Adobe CreativeSuite Experience in the Construction industry is a plus Perks:Competitive compensation & benefits Generous PTO & floating holiday payHealthy 401(k) & Profit Sharing On-site fitness center Heated,underground parking Paid Parental Leave Findorff shop credit to buycompany swag Career growth and mentorship Continued education andtraining Diversity matters.
