Job Overview:We are seeking a creative and dynamic Digital Content Creator & Social Media Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, using tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Canva, and experience in creating engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google. This role also requires the ability to manage video channels effectively and a basic understanding of ERP software to ensure seamless integration of content with our business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

Create visually appealing images and graphics for various marketing campaigns using Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and other relevant design tools.Develop and maintain a consistent brand aesthetic across all digital assets.

Social Media Content Creation:

Craft engaging and platform-specific content for Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google to increase visibility and engagement.Plan and execute a social media content calendar in alignment with marketing strategies and campaigns.Monitor social media trends to ensure content is timely, relevant, and engaging.

Video Channel Management:

Oversee and manage video channels, including YouTube, ensuring content is up-to-date, organized, and optimized for search and user experience.Collaborate with the team to produce and edit video content that aligns with marketing objectives and brand messaging.

ERP Software Understanding:

Utilize basic knowledge of ERP software to manage digital content workflows and ensure that all content aligns with business processes and data management practices.Coordinate with the IT department to optimize content integration with the ERP system for efficient operations.

Additional Responsibilities:

Analyze social media analytics to gauge content performance and adjust strategies accordingly.Engage with the online community and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.Stay current with digital marketing trends and best practices to continuously improve content quality and performance.Collaborate with the marketing team to contribute to overall marketing strategy and campaign development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.Proven experience with graphic design and social media content creation.Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and other relevant design software.Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Google) and their analytics tools.Experience managing video channels and producing/editing video content.Basic understanding of ERP software and its application to marketing.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods.Occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms.
