Our Marketing Automation team is looking for someone ready to break the norm of the financial industry and help us build an innovative brand. As we continue to grow and serve our members, the Marketing Automation Specialist for Achieve will drive day to day execution and management of cross-channel marketing campaigns supporting some of our most crucial initiatives. QualificationsWhat you’ll do:Owns the day-to-day execution, reporting and optimization of automated marketing campaigns that educate, nurture, and engage prospects exceeding KPI goals. This encompasses the full funnel of lifecycle stages for our debt resolution products.Design, build, execute and manage marketing automation campaigns across various channels (emails, sms, etc) to drive engagement and lead conversion across low-to-high intent audiencesCreate and manage workflows, triggers, and segmentation rules within the marketing automation platform to deliver personalized and targeted communicationsCollaborate across Acquisition, Lifecycle Marketing, Product, Sales and Service teams to understand customer journey and drive conversion improvements to online flows and in-product experiencesReport and analyze campaign engagement and business metrics to ensure objectives are achievedDevelop, implement and maintain testing and optimization effortsProactively explore engagement and behavior data to identify trends and opportunitiesMaintain and edit campaign logic/selection criteria, omni-channel journey flows, suppressions and templates across Acoustic and internal email platformsProduces, monitors and distributes weekly, monthly and ad hoc reporting on campaign performance in Excel or TableauSupports audience development, segment curation and targeting requirements for new and existing campaignsAbility to quickly learn new tools and techniques as well as continually evolving email, SMS and digital best practicesProficiency in thinking strategically and using quantitative analytics to support business decisionsQualificationsThis role is for you if:You are strategic, action-oriented and are a self-starter. You identify and prioritize critical initiatives and can lead the charge from initiative to executionA process leader, you can work with people and technology to drive efficiency and collaborationA systems thinker at heart, you love solving complex problemsYou are data driven, adept at mining data for hidden insights and drive curiosity around the “why” behind the “what”You balance a consumer-centric approach with business metric goal achievementYou are an excellent communicator/influencer who has achieved results collaborating in a matrixed environmentYou are detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skillsWhat you’ll bring:3-5 years’ email experience (digital and SMS marketing experience a plus) with specific focus on CRM re-engagementStrong experience with email marketing platforms, account/CRM structure and email deliverability best practices (e.g. Hubspot, Marketo, Eloqua, etc)Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or equivalent experienceFamiliarity with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other data protection regulationsExperience with digital/mobile marketing platforms such as Facebook and SMS a plusWorking knowledge of email specific HTML/CSS and incorporating dynamic email assetsExceptional analytical skills, reporting and tools (Excel, Tableau and SQL a plus)Strategic critical thinker and creative problem solverProven ability to manage and own multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentExcellent time-management with attention to detail from inception through executionAbility to understand the big picture while focusing on the day-to-day executionExcellent teamwork and communication skills; also works well independentlyStrong software aptitude and fast learnerExcellent written, presentation, interpersonal, and people influencing skills
