What the day will look like

Cultivate trusted partnerships with senior leaders within the region to help influence communication style and effectiveness.Work with leaders to identify communication objectives, brainstorm creative solutions, and develop and execute communication plans using multiple channels (webcasts, face-to-face, video, online, etc.) to engage and inform all levels of colleagues within region.Align efforts to globally established Internal Communications Framework and Exec Comms team standard methodologies.Establish cadence and programming of town halls for all colleagues, as well as people leaders, within region.Develop/produce monthly thought leadership newsletter for regional colleagues that complements global initiatives by providing relevant local updates on business achievements and colleague initiatives, celebrating successes, and sharing other relevant regional information.Establish an ongoing cadence of organizational communications related to regional efforts, particularly in partnership with Regional Chief People Officers, Regional Chief Operating Officers, and Regional Chief Commercial OfficersFunction as internal regional distribution for global Solution Line messaging/content, activating locally through Regional Solution Line leaders.Function as internal regional distribution for other global initiatives driven by the corporate communications team, activating locally through appropriate leaders.

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success.

8 or more years of proven experience with all aspects of internal communications.Experience coaching senior leaders in all aspects of communications.Strong collaboration mentality to effectively work across the organization.Proven ability to write and edit messages with clarity of purpose and intent.Understanding of viewership and clicks as it relates to video content.Articulate attention to detailStrategic problem solver with outstanding written and interpersonal communication skillsProficiency in MS Office Suite (MS Teams, Outlook, etc.)

Pay Transparency Laws:

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $120,000 - $150,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.

Aon offers a benefits package for temporary and seasonal employees who will work 20 or more hours per week including: medical, dental, and vision insurance at the employee's expense, critical illness insurance, 10 Company holidays per calendar year (paid, if eligible), paid sick leave as provided under state and local law, and a 401(k) savings plan with employer contributions. Eligibility for benefits are governed by the applicable plan documents and policies.
