Junior Designer , you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing a wide range of design projects, from branding systems to UX design systems. This position is ideal for a creative individual who is passionate about design, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to both the visual and functional aspects of our projects.In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior designers, project managers, and other team members to create cohesive and compelling design solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in graphic design principles, proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and a keen eye for detail. A portfolio showcasing your ability to create cohesive branding and intuitive UX designs is essential. If you are a proactive, creative thinker with a passion for design and a desire to grow within a dynamic team, we would love to hear from you.Key responsibilities include:Assisting in the creation and implementation of branding systems, including logos, color schemes, typography, and other visual elements.Collaborating on the design of UX/UI systems for websites and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.Producing high-quality design assets for digital and print media, such as marketing materials, social media graphics, and presentation decks.Participating in design reviews and providing constructive feedback to peers, while also being receptive to feedback on your own work.Take part in brainstorming sessions, concept development, and the execution of design deliverables that align with the strategic goals of our clients and projects.Staying up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance your design skills and knowledge.
