Job Number: R0204183Key Role:Produces graphic designs, using a variety of techniques and software, for both print and electronic communications, including promotions, advertisements, and instructional materials distributed through a variety of media outlets. Applies advanced consulting skills or extensive technical expertise, full industry knowledge. Develops innovative solutions to complex problems. Works without considerable direction, mentors and may supervise team members.Basic Qualifications:Experience supporting and leading creative teams to develop high-quality brand materials, including logos, product marketing, and brand guidelinesExperience designing and conceiving original brand identities and rebrandsExperience using industry-standard software for visual design or multimedia, including Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or AfterEffectsExperience working with marketers, copywriters, product managers, creative directors, designers, and creative collaboratorsExperience working across a variety of design stylesAbility to articulate design decisions clearly and effectively and to iterate quicklyAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and think critically about a problem set and develop a cohesive strategy that drives solutionsAbility to submit a portfolio and work samplesAbility to obtain a Secret clearanceBachelor's degreeAdditional Qualifications:Experience with art directionExperience working with federal government clientsExperience with using facilitation techniques in different environmentsExperience with virtual collaboration tools, including MURAL and SlackBachelor's degree in a visual-design-related field preferred; Master's degree in a visual-design-related field a plusClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.Compensation:At Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $67,700.00 to $154,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
