What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):Design highly complex surveys on user interactions with products, including sampling and weighting approaches.Manage internal and external partner/vendor relationships to ensure project timelines are met.Analyze large-scale survey and behavioral data sets to derive insights.Create visual narratives and presentations from analysis, integrating multiple data strands.Collaborate with researchers, designers, product managers, and engineers to drive business outcomes.
What is Required (Qualifications):BA/BS degree in a quantitative field related to human behavior (e.g., Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Statistics, Economics).Minimum of 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a product/user research setting.Strong project management and vendor management skills.Exceptional quantitative research and statistical skills, including survey design and hypothesis testing.Fluency in R for statistical analysis; familiarity with Python.
