Senior Marketing Analytics Consultant

TTEC Digital, LLC is looking for a Senior Marketing Analytics Consultant inGreenwood Village, CO [and various unanticipated locations throughout theU.S.; may work from home] to develop comprehensive marketing strategiesthat align with the client's business objectives. Coordinate with internalteams to ensure that all aspects of the campaign are executed on time andwithin budget. Monitor campaign performance and make adjustments as necessaryto maximize effectiveness. Engage with media, creative, and digitalagencies to ensure campaign cohesion and to optimize the marketing mix. Useadvanced analytics to segment target audiences and personalize marketingefforts for maximum impact. Design and implement rigorous test-and-learnstrategies to continually refine campaign tactics. Develop forecasts usinghistorical data to predict campaign performance, incremental lift, andreturn on investment. Compile data from various programming and databaseoutputs to construct comprehensive analytic reports. Synthesize data intoactionable insights that can inform future marketing strategies. Createpost-campaign analysis reports that highlight successes, opportunities forimprovement, and recommendations for future campaigns. Translate complexanalytical findings into clear, compelling, and concise presentations forclients. Present findings and recommendations to clients in a persuasive andimpactful manner. Work closely with clients to understand their business needsand build strong, trust-based relationships. Identify new opportunities toadd value and deepen client engagement. Apply CRM concepts such as controlgroup creation, data weighting, and assessment of statistical significanceto draw valid conclusions from campaign data. Develop presentations usingtools such as PowerPoint, ensuring they are impactful and easy tounderstand. Leverage PowerBI and other business intelligence tools to createdynamic reports and dashboards that improve decision-making and processefficiency. Automate routine reporting tasks to free up time for morestrategic analysis. Support team members in the use of analytical tools andthe interpretation of data. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities toexpand the range of services provided to existing clients. Stay abreast of thelatest trends and best practices in marketing analytics, CRM, and campaignmanagement. Attend workshops, webinars, and conferences to enhancetechnical skills and industry knowledge. Utilize CRM concepts and practices(control groups, weighting, statistical significance). Create anddeliver high impact, easy to follow presentations that effectivelycommunicate complex data and analysis in a clear and impactful manner tovarious audiences, including nontechnical stakeholders. Utilize PowerBI fordata visualization, dashboard creation, and reporting to enhance businessprocess efficiency. Interpret and apply statistical analysis to businessproblems, including an understanding of hypothesis testing, confidenceintervalMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Master's degree, or foreign equivalentdegree in Information Systems or Computer Science and three (3) years ofexperience in the job offered or three (3) years of experience in arelated occupation utilizing CRM concepts and practices (control groups,weighting, statistical significance); creating and delivering highimpact, easy to follow presentations that effectively communicate complexdata and analysis in a clear and impactful manner to various audiences,including non-technical stakeholders; utilizing PowerBI for datavisualization, dashboard creation, and reporting to enhance businessprocess efficiency; and interpreting and applying statistical analysis tobusiness problems, including an understanding of hypothesis testing,confidence intervals, and predictive modeling.The salary range for this position is $116,329 - $120,000.TTEC is proud to offer a compreh nsive benefits program to meet the diverseneeds of our employees.
