We are looking for a talented and experienced individual to join our marketing team as a Southeast Asia Distributor Marketing Senior Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the distributor market in Southeast Asia and working closely with our distributors to execute marketing campaigns in line with our brand guidelines.This role in the short term is based in either Shanghai or Melbourne, but the successful candidate will need to be open to possible relocations within the APAC region depending on business needs.Your Mission

Develop and implement marketing strategies for the Southeast Asia distributor marketWork closely with distributors to execute marketing campaigns and initiativesEnsure all marketing activities are in line with brand guidelines and standardsMonitor and analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growthCollaborate with marketing team of distributors to develop marketing materials and assets that cater to local needsProvide regular updates and tracking reports on marketing performance of distributor marketsBuild and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key stakeholdersTravel to distributor locations as needed to provide support and guidanceYour story

Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing campaign management, preferably in a distributor marketing roleStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong understanding of marketing principles and strategiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentFluent in English, knowledge of additional languages in Southeast Asia region is a plusWillingness to travel within Southeast Asia region as requiredAbout the Team
