Family Trust is in search of a highly skilled Marketing Analytics Specialist with 2+ years of experience to help research and identify ways to build our brand, acquire new clients, and assist in managing our CRM. Marketing Specialist responsibilities include managing the CRM database, analyzing consumer behavior, exploring market trends and opportunities, and tracking transactional data. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with a CRM like Salesforce or Hubspot, website management, Google Analytics (G4), and be comfortable with processing and analyzing marketing data. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of creative and analytical skills and be comfortable in a creative, business-driven, and member-centered collaborative role.Essential Functions & Responsibilities:Build email automations and journeys within CRM with A/B variate testingSegments and targets members and prospects utilizing CRM tools and data analytics to execute marketing campaigns effectively.Merge and organize duplicate accounts to maintain data integrityTrack email campaign metrics (delivery, open, click-through rates)Analyze A/B and multi-variate tests, communicates results, and provides recommendations.Analyze sales funnels and member intentMeasure ROI of online and offline marketing advertising campaignsReport on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, and website trafficConduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking dataRecommend website and campaign optimizations and optimize SEOWork closely with the marketing team to identify opportunities for new member acquisitionProvide actionable overall market and customer insights to address key strategic initiatives.Responsible for tracking, reporting, and analyzing the performance of marketing activities, ad-hoc analytic requests, and development/automation of regular reports.Analyze member data using database queries, spreadsheet (Excel) models, web analytics tools, statistical analysis tools, and campaign management software tools.Evaluate members' online behavior and provide insights and recommendations for further enhancements to the guest experience.Advise other marketing functions (e-commerce/website, online/offline advertising, brand, product development) as the member and market data knowledge owner.Promote and foster a "learning culture" by monitoring the latest industry thinking and innovation to inform the direction for future strategies/plans.Other duties as assignedPerformance Measurements:Ensures CRM best practices are met and deliveredProficient in marketing research and statistical analysisExcellent analytical skills and a high degree of business acumenStrong organizational, communication and presentation skillsProven ability in handling concurrent projects with attention to detail and accuracyKnowledge and Skills:Experience: 2+ years CRM experience, 2+ years of in-depth understanding of campaign strategies and SEO practices. 2-5 years of disseminating data and turning it into marketing campaigns and insights. Experience in advanced analytic and statistical techniques related to multivariate and A/B testing, digital revenue attribution, customer segmentation, and marketing effectiveness. 2+ years of experience building and automating management-level reporting. Experience with Microsoft Suite including PowerPoint, planner, to-do, Outlook, and Teams. Ideal candidate will also have experience with Canva and being part of the creative process.Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, analytics, or equivalent work experience accepted.Interpersonal Skills:

They will have strong verbal and written communication skills, will be self-motivated, able to achieve goals with minimal supervision, and will enjoy working independently and in collaboration with other team members.Other Skills:

Background in marketing research, analytics, customer service, email marketing software/technology, ability to run spreadsheets and word processing, as well as understanding publishing software.Physical Requirements:
