How You Will Contribute:

The Senior Marketing Manager serves as the primary marketing contact for assigned regions and oversees Regional Marketing Specialist(s)/Marketing Coordinator. This position is responsible for overseeing, measuring, and developing strategic marketing initiatives that generate traffic to communities while maintaining and upholding corporate branding and image standards.

Responsibilities Include:

Leadership:

Create a collaborative, trust-based environment, prioritize customer experience, empower regional marketing teams, foster individual growth through feedback and training, and achieve established goals.

Senior Marketing Management and Execution:

Lead strategic field marketing initiatives, involve key stakeholders, ensure campaigns reach the right audience, manage budgets, assess campaign effectiveness, oversee communication, and aid in departmental process development.

Model Home and Brand Management:

Manage model home aesthetics, including budgeting for staging, approving furniture placement, execute strategic plans, ensure regional communications align with brand needs, maintain branding standards, and oversee event planning.

What You Can Offer:

Education

High school diploma or GED required.

Bachelor’s degree and / or MBA in Marketing or related field strongly preferred.

Skills and Abilities

Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, to various audiences, including strong writing/proofreading skills.

Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.

Ability to creatively solve problems and work under time constraints with minimal supervision.

Must be organized and efficient at completing administrative tasks and meeting deadlines.

Ability to work both independently and within a team to accomplish goals.

Demonstrate intermediate Microsoft Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Outstanding interpersonal skills and an ability to establish strong relationships with all levels of the organization as well as build relationships with outside resources.

Strong writing skills limited to: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Houzz, Pinterest, and YouTube.

Experience

Minimum of 4 years of marketing experience required, in residential real estate or related field strongly preferred.

Field support experience a plus.

Experience managing budgets $800k+ preferred.

Prior supervisory experience strongly preferred.

Experience using Adobe Creative Suite preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $83,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
