The Opportunity

You will be responsible for developing breakthrough marketing activations involving social media, editorial content, influencer initiatives, community programming, and collaborations with a third-party PR agency. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience creating successful marketing concepts and campaigns across multiple channels, including scaling social media and customer engagement. To be successful, you must be very innovative & strategic, leveraging partnerships that drive customer engagement, brand awareness, and organic growth. What You'll Be Working On

Build reporting and measurement framework across all social media activity (via data & analytics) to drive growth strategies aligned with organizational objectives.Build robust governance framework across all organizational channels to ensure alignment with brand values and social media tone of voice.Use social listening tools to conduct sentiment analysis and define trends across all social media activity.Actively explore new opportunities for social engagement in specific regional and cultural contexts.Lead the creative development of original concepts for breakthrough marketing activationsProvide direct oversight of social media, PR (agency), and influencer/community programmingDevelop and lead the creation of editorial content (copywriting, blogs, social first campaigns…)Create a content calendar for short and long-term Marketing initiativesDevelop and implement strategies to scale social media presence and engagementIdentify content collaborators and build relationships in communities related to accounting fieldCreate campaigns that build brand equity and drive long-term business growthAnalyze channel metrics and report on insightsLeverage community initiatives for storytelling and customer engagement opportunitiesTailor messaging to relate and resonate with the target audienceSuccessfully apply consumer insights and your strong understanding of the media landscapedigital and social media to create an engaging and consistent presence on all relevant platforms/outlets. This includes, but is not limited to: Constant Contact email communications, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTubeSchedules a social media content calendar that details at least three months outTracks and reports on social and digital engagement with high-level notes about data and key performance metrics and makes strategic recommendations to the team based on best practices, user engagement and trendsOrganizes, catalogs and manages digital assetsAdvances digital marketing efforts for fundraising, recruitment, etc.Working in WordPress and drafts, revises and posts material for the organization’s website on a consistent basis to ensure that it always remains up-to-date in content, as well as look and feel, and works directly with the organization’s webmaster when requiredIndependently coordinates logistics for photo and video shoots, including consents/permissions, with photographers and videographersDeftly captures organic photo and video contentCollaborates directly with graphic designers, printers, photographers and videographersProvides support to propel traditional media efforts forward (print, news media, press releases, etc.), as needed, and supports the department’s production of key messaging pieces (print newsletter, Annual Report, Capital Campaign materials and other collateral)Ensures the brand is consistently represented accurately by developing PowerPoints, Canva presentations and other branded pieces for various internal and external audiences
