Associate Director of Decision Science

Analyze user, customer, and sales data within the digital ecosystem. Develop and implement predictive models to drive strategic decision-making and determine the next best actions.ROI Measurement & Communication:

Establish comprehensive frameworks for measuring return on investment (ROI). Regularly communicate progress and insights to team members and leadership, translating data into actionable strategies that drive results.Collaboration & Optimization:

Partner with content and paid media teams to evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of digital campaigns. Utilize insights to optimize strategies and drive better performance across channels.Audience Engagement & Targeting:

Gain in-depth insights into target audiences and create detailed target lists to deliver highly personalized and impactful experiences.Innovation & Impact:
