Senior Director of Learning Design and Partnerships

Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director of Partnerships and Learning Design to drive business growth and lead the instructional design teams. This pivotal role that combines strategic leadership, partner relationship management and business development responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be a skilled relationship builder, adept at translating partner requirements into tangible outcomes.

Duties· Serve as the primary point of contact for key partners, managing expectations and fostering long-term partnerships.

· Ensure project teams fully understand scope and deliver high-quality outputs that meet or exceed partner expectations.

· Conduct regular partner meetings to discuss project progress, keep partners abreast of developments, address concerns, and identify new opportunities.

· Proactively communicate project status, risks, and issues to partners and internal stakeholders.

· Develop strategic partnerships to achieve revenue targets and grow the partner base.

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including responding and presenting at RFPs and RFIs.

· Serve as a spokesperson for the organization at educational conferences and events.

· Clearly articulate company services, deliver compelling presentations, and engage in productive conversations with potential partners.

· Create and present case studies and thought leadership sessions at conference and content that showcases company's expertise.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
