This position is a hybrid position located in the Chicago, IL office. You will be expected to work onsite in our Chicago, IL office 2-3 days a week.What will you be doing?You will be a part of Circana’s Global Retail Media organization, specifically in support of Walgreens’ Retail Media Network. This role will leverage the enhanced retail media network capabilities that have been deployed so that the retail media ecosystem, both activation and measurement, runs smoothly. This will create value to both Walgreens and their suppliers. The primary goal is to help grow suppliers’ retail media spend based on insights and activation success.Job ResponsibilitiesPartner with Walgreens Media team to encourage and measure retail media spend with suppliers.Ensure data flow and integrity between activation partners and Circana.Maintain an ability to always keep manufacturer and retailer perspective in mind; able to think through multiple divergent paths and understand the implications on the client and Circana.Work as a strategic partner with a Circana client, serving as a leader of this critical media relationship.Develop strategies to increase media effectiveness to build/enhance programs to deliver strong media results.Help suppliers translate media insights into implications for adapting their go-to-market approach.Build rapid rapport with key client contacts and across functions within the Circana organization.Consult with client to apply/maximize insights gleaned from Circana data including media performance, dashboards, store data analysis, household purchase behavior analysis.Serve as a passionate advocate for the client in order to build their businesses; this may involve advocating a sales strategy in a challenging environment.Create indispensable, long-term, solution-focused consultative partnerships.Requirements5+ years of experience with digital media campaigns and exposure data, analytics, eCommerce, category management, and/or related fields is required.Undergraduate degree required; Advanced degree preferred.Deep knowledge of the retail domain (Food, Drug, Mass) and the channel-relevant issues.Marketing and/or sales analytics experience with a CPG company, Retailer, or other CPG industry companies applying syndicated data to media activation.Deep experience with digital media and shopper loyalty programs.Demonstrated expertise in translating data and analysis into relevant implications.Strong project management and process skills.Ability to engage in a consultative manner with clients when helping solve/manage content deliverables.Ability to build and leverage mutually beneficial relationships internally and externally.Ability to develop creative ways to address business issues.Demonstrated planning, leadership, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.Demonstrated strong understanding of client issues and strong analytic skills.Ability to inspire commitment and excellence and drive for results.Experience with Circana solutions, including Unify+.Good presentation skills with PowerPoint and Excel.Circana BehaviorsAs well as the technical skills, experience and attributes that are required for the role, our shared behaviors sit at the core of our organization. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.The salary range for this role is $84,000.00 - $150,000.00.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.You can apply for this role through our career website.
