publication and on the official website following the AP style.Proofreads rough draft tear sheets of the newspaper and magazine.Assists staffers with writing and style of articles when necessary.Informs Editor-in-Chief when stories are not turned in on time.Attends general staff meetings.Maintains weekly-posted office hours in
The Xavierite
office (5 hours per week).Checks and edits content for accuracy of style throughout the entire paper and E-magazine.Checks for libelous and litigious statements.- MUST BE A STUDENT AT SAINT XAVIER UNIVERSITY- FEDERAL WORK STUDY REQUIREDPreference in journalism, communication, or English.We inspire success by working together to provide meaningful, personalized service in a spirit of excellence.
