Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated Director of Sales to join our team. The director of sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and overseeing/mentoring a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and coaching to help them meet and exceed their targets.

Collaborate with internal teams, including ad operations and client services, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and use this knowledge to inform sales strategies and tactics.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital media and sales.

Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.

Strong client services acumen and experience working with clients to deliver successful advertising campaigns.

Experience in ad operations and a deep understanding of the programmatic landscape.

Strong leadership skills and experience managing a sales team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
