We want a strong leader who is passionate about design, creative, efficient, technically skilled and communicates effectively.

In this job, you’ll work with a team to address the issues of our clients (style, budget, and schedule) and enjoy the challenge of working with sophisticated real estate developers.

You will be a role model to help guide and inspire our design team.Our exciting and varied projects include multifamily residential, senior living, and hospitality. Our clients, the top developers in the country, look to us for a broad range of design styles — from historical renovations to contemporary design.Your Responsibilities include:Develop overall design for projects including architectural space planningDesign and production of interior technical drawings (in Revit) including plans, elevations, and detailsMillwork design and detailingResearch, select and document fixtures and finishesFF&E material selections and specificationsCoordination with multiple disciplines, including architects, MEP engineers, general contractor, and on-site construction personnelProduce design presentations and construction documentsOversee and manage project fee, budget, and scheduleCommunication with clients, design team and directorQualifications and Skills that make you a good match:Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited University or College10+ years of experience in hospitality/multifamily Interior DesignPossess strong interpersonal, leadership, and mentorship skillsStrong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to tasksPossess strong interpersonal, leadership, and mentorship skillsKnowledge of Building Code regulationsBe aware of design industry and business trendsExperience in project managementLEED AP and NCIDQ are desiredProficient in Revit, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam Revu, and Adobe SuiteMedical, dental, and vision insurancePaid-Time Off10 Holidays observed (Martin Luther King’s Birthday, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the Friday following, ½ day on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, ½ Day on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day)
