Position Summary: Conceptualize, design, and oversee all aspects of the exterior and interior design, ensuring the aesthetic expectations are maintained. Scope will be from conceptualization through project closeout. This team member must be able to develop strong client relationships. Creative thinker – ability to develop the design story Ability to develop strong client relationships Effective written and oral communicator Management Ability: Lead team collaboration Leadership ability – manage the project design team Technical Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years in the hospitality design industry Proficiency with Revit, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency with SketchUp and 3D rendering software Strong creative design and drawing skillset, 3D modeling, illustration abilities Strong understanding of commercial/ contract grade materials and finishes Assist with design development, including space planning and FFE choices/ selections Construction administration – shop drawing review and project deliverables Our comprehensive Benefits at DxU include medical, dental, vision, disability, wellness programs, paid holidays, and paid time off.
