Our Mission Nugbase is our indie NFT gaming studio based in Mountain View, CA and Flowerpatch is our artistic statement. Since launching the project in 2018, we’ve aimed to use our expertise in cryptocurrency, design, and cannabis to truly delight people worldwide. Players all around the world inhabit the land of Alvita, growing, breeding, and selling their unique FLOWER cards. Your Role You will be responsible for leading and developing methodologies and key performance indicators across all marketing channels. The role will analyze reports and translate our data into best practices and strategic enablement initiatives. Your work will translate into more effective campaign performance and directly impact our bottom line. Further responsibilities include the development of lead funnel management and measurement, and database health. Qualifications and Skills
3+ Years experience experience working in operations, analytics, or a similar role3+ Years experience with data management and reportingStrong communication skills and experience working in cross-functional teamsExperience with Salesforce preferred along with a CRM like Marketo, HubspotA passion for cryptocurrency, cannabis, gaming, or even all three!The Team Nugbase Syndicate was founded in the heart of Silicon Valley: Mountain View, California. Friends would casually congregate, share stories, discuss current events and future possibilities. These conversation often led into blockchain technologies. We quickly realized that the space was lacking in quality, well-made crypto projects . The potential to make something new and exciting gripped us!
