We are looking for business and IT talent to lead the design, build and deployment of a new LS ERP process & system template. This role will be positioned with a strong link to senior business and IT leadership to ensure process design ambitions are business-driven and value-focused.Your Role:The IT Design & Build Lead at MilliporeSigma plays a pivotal role in steering the LS-ERP program, ensuring that ERP template design and build phases are aligned with programobjectives. The lead is responsible for the delivery of the life science ERP template that complies with stringent architectural, security, and regulatory standards,

while focusing on SAP best practices to keep the core clean . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex IT projects efficiently within set timelines and budgets. This role demands proficiency in managing ERP systems, a deep understanding of SAP infrastructure, and expert knowledge in agile software development processes. Excellent communication skills are crucial, as the role involves liaising with senior IT and business leaders to ensure project alignment and secure necessary support.Key Responsibilities include:Accountable for the delivery of the ERP design and subsequent build phasesEnsure compliance with IT architectural standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirementsOversee the development and configuration of ERP solutions,

utilizing SAP best practicesEngage with senior leaders across IT and business units to secure leadership buy-in and report on project progressWho you are : You are a leader experienced in both process and system template design and subsequent build. You have a track record in delivering complex IT projects

in a global environment

on time and within budget.Minimum requirements:Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with 10+ years of experience in technology ERP program leadership rolesPreferred requirements:Demonstrated track record of working with external implementation partnersProven track record of leading agile development and build activitiesExperience with SAP S/4 HANA cloud-basedenvironmentProficiency in managing ERP systems and integrating complex data architecturesDeep understanding of MilliporeSigma's IT infrastructure, systems, data, and software development processes (e.g., design, testing, deployment)Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed organizationExcellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical information into actionable insights for business and IT leadersStrong understanding of leveraging BTP technology to keep core SAP cleanDeep understanding of SAP best practices#LSERP
