Job DescriptionThe Future Talent Program features Cooperative (Co-op) education that lasts up to 6 months and will include one or more projects. These opportunities in our Animal Health Division can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals.The job scope and primary focus for this position is to actively support the global companion animal biologicals marketing team (for our pet vaccines) to advance marketing strategy across regions and to support local markets via coordination and execution of marketing activities including:Support, service and analysis for our companion animal biologicals (vaccines)Logistical support for marketing activities and new toolsSpecial projects related to the growing vaccine portfolioMeeting coordination and supportClear, concise and timely communication and coordination with companion animal global colleagues, with colleagues in other countries, in other species groups and other functional groupsEducation Minimum Requirement:Must be in the process of earning a BA or BS in Business, Marketing, Biology, Pharmacology, Animal Science, Agribusiness, Veterinary School, Animal Health or related degree programsCompleted at least 3 years of college course work by June 2024Required Experience and Skills:Must be available to work full time for 6 monthsCritical thinking skills to carry out instructions and make decisions within scope of authorityProblem solving skills involving several variablesStrong organizational skillsAbility to follow policies and procedures and be an active member of a teamProficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel and OutlookExcellent English communication skills, oral and written.Ability to adapt communication to international audiencesPositive attitude and a strong work ethicPreferred Experience and Skills:GPA of 3.0 or higherLeadership roles during collegeAdditional language fluency highly desirablePrevious experience working in:a multinational and/or corporate business settingconsumer or professional marketing, PR or advertisingA love and passion for animals is a plusExpected salary range:
