OverviewAre you an SEO specialist who has an in-depth understanding of SEO best practices and techniques? Consider this role on our dynamic team in Marketing! Reporting to our SEO Manager, you will work within the Digital Experience team to help increase traffic to our websites, build brand awareness, and acquire new customers through holistic SEO strategies.ResponsibilitiesWork with the digital experience, content, development, and design teams to ensure successful on-page optimizations on websitesPerform keyword research, including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunitiesAnalyze and provide insights into site analytics reports and recommend action itemsConduct technical SEO auditsConduct competitive research and analysisMaximize local search exposureProvide international SEO recommendations for Esri.com and distributor websitesHelp manage website migrations through reviewing analytics, redirects, benchmarking traffic, and identifying potential issuesStay up-to-date on latest SEO trends including structured data, rich snippets, and core web vitals
Requirements5+ years of experience in SEO and a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, digital media, or related field; or 3 years of experience in SEO and a Master's degreeStrong understanding of SEO best practices such as SEO friendly site architecture, meta tags, robots.txt, and redirection, with demonstrated knowledge through definition and applicationStrong analytical skills; ability to proactively assess SEO performance and identify issues and opportunitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skills with a high caliber of attention to detailExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work well independently and within a team environmentProficiency working in Microsoft ExcelProficiency working within Google Search ConsoleVisa sponsorship is not available for this posting.
