Responsibilities
• Managing Moving Music City's social media accounts with posts and stories, as well as interacting with clients and prospects through social media• Managing Moving Music City's listings by scheduling listing pictures/video, scheduling staging and virtual staging, inputting/updating all info in MLS, and marketing listings• Sending ongoing client touches such as annual birthday cards and home-buying anniversary cards• Sending referral thank you cards and gifts to our network of clients and referral partners• Creating and sending monthly newsletters• Ordering and assembling marketing/print collateral• Ordering and managing listing signs and lockboxes• Ordering and preparing closing gifts on a weekly basis• Creating and executing client and sphere gifting throughout the year• Updating and assembling Buyer and Listing presentations• Maintaining Moving Music City's website and Compass agent pages• Coordinating lifestyle pictures, headshots, and videos• Creating and ordering swag for the team• Planning and executing client appreciation events and networking events• Database management and upkeep
Qualifications
• Candidate should have their finger on the pulse of the current marketing landscape• Experience with social media platforms, CRM, CSM, and public relations• Must be driven with strong communication and project management skills
