Interior Design Project Manager

About this role:Join a young architecture and interiors studio in Williamsburg with waterfront views of Manhattan working on beautiful ground up residential projects!Roles & Responsibilities:Work directly with the Creative Director and collaborate with designers and architects in the office daily.Act as main point of contact for clients.Manage and lead all phases of the design process including client meetings, design development, jobsite visits, vendor meetings, and installations.Responsible for ensuring all project timelines and deadlines are being met.Skills & Requirements:Bachelor's degree or master's degree in interior design or architecture.8+ years of experience in interior design, focused on high-end residential; 3+ years with residential projects in Manhattan preferred.Experience managing $1M+ project budgets.Understanding of the renovation process required.Knowledge of custom furniture drawings, production companies, vendors, and custom fabricators.Ability to travel both locally and out of state for jobsite visits and project installations.Salary: $90,000 - $110,000REF: #66230/TT
