Primary focus is to ensure leads are processed in a timely and efficient manner with a high degree of accuracy. Position collaborates with department managers in the review and administration of Wagner’s Daniel Group customer loyalty program. Generalist must demonstrate initiative and creativity in the improvement of data collection and utilization to empower selling. Assist with other Marketing Department functions – cross-train as needed.

Pay Rate:

$16.19 - $22.71 per hourPay rate is dependent upon education & experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

Administrative :

Monitor wleads@wagnerequipment.com and inbound lead sources and process immediatelyMonitor customer experience email and hotline and process requests/questions immediatelyComplete all Account Maintenance requests immediatelyEnter ProActive PM’s dailyGenerate monthly Lead Share Commissions Report and distribute to Sales Managers and payroll departmentGenerate monthly NLS & Good Job reports for Wagner Newsletter- Through Year End 2022Create and monitor campaigns in SalesLinkSubmit customer information report to Qualtrics monthly- Through Year End 2022Daniel Group LinkConnect System Administrator- Through Year End 2022Order new and process decal orders for the company dailyAnnual Hat Order AdministratorOrder and stock Trade Show merchandise, giveaways, booth necessities, etc.Maintain Cleanliness and organization of marketing trade show supplies, cloths, tents etc. and storage containers and track using a logbook or reporting method.Create and send out Bruce letters monthlyProcess Monthly Used Equipment leads from Sales ReportsServe as administrator of governmental bidding sites and primary point of contactGenerate Weekly reports for Used Equipment email campaignsAssist with ISR CommissionsOrganizational :

Assists Marketing Department with event coverage and other projectsServe as the internal and external literature and multimedia contact for the company as neededProcess Wagner business card ordersPoint of Contact for all vendors (DT Logos, Proven Graphics, MPC, etc.)Order department office supplies as neededAOS Program AdministratorInterpersonal :

Meets and responds to the needs/requests of users in a professional and timely mannerMaintains productive relationships with Wagner management and support staff.Sales:

Ensures effective sales funnel managementWorks to increase sales force automationProvides necessary information to generate participation metricsRequired Education & Experience:

High School diploma or GEDBachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experienceTwo – three years in an administrative position managing dataAdministrative / Clerical Experience - IntermediateCustomer Service Experience- IntermediatePreferred

Skills and Competencies:
