OrganizationThe Senior Program Coordinator - Design and Accessibility Team is responsible for daily graphic design activities related to suicide prevention and substance misuse prevention grants. This position is ideal for a creative individual with a strong background in graphic design who is ready to bring their expertise to support our innovative trainings and publications.Duties:Responsible for daily graphic design of high-quality resources and publications with a strong visual appeal.Develops innovative formats and designs for products and resources.Coordinates work with the Communications Team and the Design/ Accessibility Team as well as subject matter expertsCollects and analyzes data and prepares reports about user experience with design productsEnsures compliance with program regulations related to visual style guides and accessibilityDevelops and administers budgets related to graphic design tools and resourcesNegotiates service agreements and contracts for design consultationPlans and oversees project management tasks related to fulfillment of graphic design needsPerform various tasks as needed to support the overall function of the position.Applicants should submit a cover letter, resume, and examples of work with their application packet.This position is eligible for hybrid or fully remote work depending on the applicant's state of residence

Will accept 48 months of experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree to equal 96 months of related experience.Skills :Strong attention to detailHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Able to communicate directions and expectations effectivelyMust be able to read and interpret project policy as well as grant regulationsCapable of completing work within set timeframes.Proficient in Microsoft Office/ MS Office Suite 365.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.Ability to work collaboratively with interdepartmental teams and initiatives.CertificationsNone required.Advertised Physical RequirementsAbility to engage in repetitive motions.Work in a standard office environment.Frequently handle the pressure of deadlines and busy periods.Departmental PreferencesAt least 24 months of experience in graphic design and data visualization for a public health or behavioral health initiativeSpecial Instructions:
