Overview:

Ohio Valley Goodwill is seeking a visionary and strategic Marketing Director to lead comprehensive marketing initiatives focused on retail, industrial services, website management, and social media engagement. This pivotal role involves developing dynamic, integrated campaigns to drive contributions and engagement both in-store and online. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in retail marketing, digital strategy, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to support retail sales growth, industrial services promotion, and online engagement for Ohio Valley Goodwill.Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns that drive contributions and engagement across multiple channels, including in-store promotions, digital advertising, email marketing, and social media.Oversee the management of Ohio Valley Goodwill's retail marketing efforts, including store promotions, events, and customer communications.Manage the organization's website content and functionality, ensuring it effectively communicates Goodwill's mission, services, and impact.Drive social media strategy and content development to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and community outreach.Manage and cultivate strong relationships with external agencies, partners, vendors, and marketing co-op to maximize campaign effectiveness.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including VP of Retail and associated managers, industrial services teams, and executive leadership, to align marketing efforts with organizational goals and priorities.Monitor marketing performance metrics and analytics to assess campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies for maximum impact and ROI.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in marketing, with a focus on retail marketing, digital strategy, and integrated campaigns.Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive contributions, engagement, and revenue growth.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Expertise in digital marketing platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and website content management systems.Experience in managing agency relationships, negotiating partnerships, and coordinating co-op marketing initiatives.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas and strategies effectively to stakeholders at all levels.Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for leveraging marketing to make a positive impact in the community.Additional Information:
