Works as an assistant to the SVP of Marketing & Communications and the AVP Marketing Manager. Maintains records and files. Provides administrative/clerical support as well assists in the implementation of marketing programs and activities
Experience/Skills necessary to perform duties:
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)Attention to detail and accuracy required, strong ability to write, proof read and review documentsOrganization and prioritization skills
Regular Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare presentationsAssist in event coordinationConduct competitive marketing researchOrganize marketing materials, calendars and meeting agendasCreative development for billboards, print and electronic mediaContribute to website and social channels in various ways
Disseminate content through electronic and traditional mediums
