This role is designed for someone passionate about creating consumer awareness and driving conversion across various platforms, including on-premise, retail, and digital domains.In this pivotal position, you will be the architect of innovative programs that not only align with the brand vision but also significantly enhance its presence in the market.From designing groundbreaking point-of-sale elements to developing breakthrough omni-channel programs and activation strategies, your work will make the Malt Network brands a beacon in a crowded marketplace.Your role will extend to leading brand activation through Integrated Marketing Planning (IMP), ensuring a cohesive and strategic approach to brand promotion.Your strategic recommendations will be based on a deep understanding of the consumer decision journey and leveraging insights from relevant data sources. You will stay ahead of sub-channel needs, ensuring our marketing activations resonate deeply with our target audience and align seamlessly with our overall brand communication plan.Collaboration is key in this role. You'll work closely with Customer Marketing, Regional Marketing, and Sales Planning teams to execute programs that make it easier for consumers to find, buy, and enjoy High Noon.As the Senior Associate Commerce Marketing Manager, you'll manage A&P budgets, lead internal and external agency teams, and ensure all marketing expenditures deliver high impact and efficiency. What You Will Set You Apart:Master of Business Administration degree plus 5 years of Gallo brand marketing experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; ORBachelor's degree in Business Administration with a Marketing concentration plus 7 years of marketing, sales, winery operations, data analytics/sales development or supply chain experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle difficult situations with all levels of employees.Customer-oriented, with strong project management and organization skills.
Compensation:Hiring salary range posted: $97,020- $161,800/ yearActual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
