Our America’s Field Marketing Team is looking for a

Marketing Specialist

to help attract new users to JMP software. As a key member of the team, you’ll be a self-starter who can work both independently and collaboratively, be self-motivated, be highly adaptable, and be flexible to change direction when needed. Our new team member will possess the hunger to make a difference and a positive attitude that contributes to our “team first” environment. Key Responsibilities

Designs, implements, and manages multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive qualified leads into the sales pipeline including the creation of targeted landing pages, emails, events, social media ads, paid ads, and compelling calls-to-action.

Performs A/B testing on various campaign elements (subject lines, calls-to-action) to identify what drives the best results and uses this data to optimize campaign effectiveness.

Monitors, analyzes, and reports on the performance of demand generation campaigns using key performance indicators such as lead conversion rates, cost per lead, and return-on-investment.

Plans and executes online webinars to generate leads and support global marketing mission of building brand awareness within the Americas region. Promotes through various channels to increase audience reach.

Identifies new users that are most likely to benefit from JMP software and tailors marketing strategies to help drive demo downloads amongst this audience. May leverage, enhance, or adapt content for new users.

Creates a nurturing plan for existing nurture active leads in the Americas region with the goal to meet them where they are at and re-engage.

Leverages technology platforms to streamline processes and track lead progress.

Facilitates meetings and discussions with an extended team of specialists, marketers, subject matter experts, and other constituents to define the appropriate content and strategies.

Works closely with the sales, product, and creative teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and business objectives. Provides insights and feedback to continuously improve campaign strategies.

Leads partnerships with third-party advertisers that complement JMP and positively influence our target industries.

Additional Responsibilities

Provides guidance for digital marketing strategy, deployment, and optimization for JMP

Provides recommendations to resolve complex business problems.

Responsible for operations and logistics of marketing activities, events and/or campaigns in accordance with the demand generation marketing plan.

Proactively shares best practices at the regional level

Keys to Success

Considerable knowledge of marketing concepts including content marketing, online events, digital marketing, and email marketing strategies.

Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of audiences at various stages of the customer journey.

Ability to work independently and part of a team.

Good organizational, project management and facilitation skills.

Excellent understanding of demand generation concepts and sound proficiency in key internal and external software applications

Proven track record of successfully managing and executing demand generation campaigns across multiple channels.

Ability to understand and translate complex technical information to internal and external audiences.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and campaign optimization.

Education

A degree in marketing, business, computer science, or related discipline.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B marketing (software industry is preferred). Experience in demand generation, performance marketing, or a related role and with a variety of technology platforms including ZoomInfo, Salesforce, LinkedIn, and HubSpot.
