Taunton Federal Credit Union is seeking a Full-Time Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing Department on-site at its Main Office in Taunton. If you are interested in starting a career in marketing, and have an aptitude for brand development, this may be the position for you!

Job Summary:

The Marketing Assistant increases member awareness concerning Credit Union products and Services. The Marketing Assistant provides statistical reports, makes recommendations to management, and helps develop marketing plans. This position also involves conducting market research, supporting the development and distribution of marketing materials, and assisting in the production of advertising content. The Marketing Assistant also provides statistical reports, makes recommendations to management, and helps develop marketing plans.

Essential Functions:

Prepare, analyze, and monitor marketing statistical reports to identify key metrics and trends that inform strategic decision-making. Provide data-driven recommendations to management to enhance marketing efforts, optimize campaign performance, and assess the effectiveness of campaigns by evaluating trends and data related to existing and potential members.Create and schedule engaging content for the Credit Union's social media channels while monitoring for member engagement. Responds to comments and inquiries.Promote brand image through all media channels, ensure consistency in messaging and branding.Design, develop, and implement Credit Union marketing materials, campaigns, and other efforts.Plan, coordinate, and attend community events, representing the Credit Union and actively engaging with members and potential members as part of the TFCU Street Team. The TFCU Street Team is a group of engaged employees who promote brand awareness and provide information about TFCU throughout the communities we serve both online and off.Update and distribute marketing materials in coordination with branch staff, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand standards.Provide additional administrative support to the Marketing Department as needed.Perform other job-related duties as assigned.Qualifications/Education/Experience/Personal Characteristics:

High School Diploma or equivalent experience required. Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

At least 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.High energy level, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in PC skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.Physical Demands:
