Job Summary:

Tundra Federal is looking for a Marketing Analyst to work in Las Vegas, NV to provide marketing analyst support to the Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) in support of the U.S. Army Partnership for Your Success (PaYS) program. Work areas that may be supported include PaYS program development services, training services, marketing services, and overall program support. Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for identifying, researching, contacting, qualifying, and marketing the Army PaYS Program to potential companies and governments agencies.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders during the partnership process.

Formulates and develops communication and marketing plans in support of the program’s strategic objectives.

Develops and fosters relationships with corporate partners through leadership and rapport-building techniques.

Exercises professional judgment, digital savviness and business writing skills when maintaining the public-facing PaYS social media platform.

Provides training support and customer service to over 1,200+ PaYS partners.

Attends recruiting and human resources events including conferences within assigned geographic area for PaYS attendance to increase the PaYS Partnership.

Contributes to contract deliverables in specific area.

Coordinates marketing activities for one or more markets, brands, or product/category lines.

Implements multi-channel marketing plans meant to promote the organization and its products or services.

Designs campaigns targeting specific market segments or focusing on specific products or product lines.

Assists in the production of print, online, or other forms of advertisement, and assists with special events or promotions.

Collects data measuring the viability of new markets and assists in the creation of market development plans.

Measures and analyzes campaign results to determine ROI. Performs work under general supervision.

Handles moderately complex issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.

Possesses solid working knowledge of subject matter.

May provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to subordinate group.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (Four years of leadership experience may substitute for the education requirement)

Typically requires BA and 5-7 years of experience in marketing experience.

Experience as an Army recruiter and/or guidance counselor.

Proficient in business writing and military correspondence.

Knowledge of Army and/or ROTC recruiting policies and practices.

Effective writing, editing, communication and interpersonal skills required.

Telework- eligible.

Travel: 25% to attend various events throughout the year.

Must live in the Las Vegas area; however, the position is remote.

Desired Qualifications:

Experience working with DoD branch of service preferred but not required.
