Job Summary:

This team member plays a key role in supporting execution of the Company's marketing strategy online. The Web/Multimedia Developer will help support stronger brand recognition through digital, graphic, web and video design efforts that will also drive sales growth. This role is responsible for supporting the development and optimization of creative visual messaging and identifying efficiencies and process improvement opportunities.

Essential Functions:

Develop/enhance 4+ existing websites, including administration of all pages, posts, themes, plugins, tags, categories, users and other tools and updates.Create new websites, landing pages and web assets, including digital graphics, interactive quizzes, infographics, .pdf downloads, events/lead generation forms, etc. with an optimized user experience.Execute on technical production of video, audio and photography projects, which could include scheduling/staging shoots, securing releases, maintaining media library, editing and/or uploading to the web.Design/create other creative marketing materials based on Company objectives such as email templates/graphics, images and videos for social media, and more.Support SEO best practice strategies by understanding keyword priorities and how they integrate into content marketing plans, providing analysis and recommendations, using Yoast or similar plugin/tool.Maintain associated digital marketing vendor relations.Work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary Marketing team to communicate, coordinate and integrate Marketing and apply best-in-class practices to all efforts.Assist Marketing staff and other department needs, as required.Competencies & Qualifications:

BS/BA degree or equivalent in web design & development, digital graphic design and/or information technology required.3-5 years of experience in a marketing/communications environment providing web/digital marketing design. Support with analytics, SEO and marketing automation a plus.Proficiency required in the use of the following, current, industry software on a PC platform:

WordPressElementorPro site builderAdobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere, AfterEffects, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat

Proficiency in the use of PHP, HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScriptFamiliarity with the following apps/tools a plus:

Full Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher and PowerPointReporting tools, like Google Analytics/MozMarketing automation platforms: Pardot/MailChimpSurvey tools, like Typeform

A keen eye for detail with a solid understanding of marketing, design and brand standardsStrong project management skills and attention to detailWell-organized, responsive communications with ability to fully develop and present ideasAbility to work effectively alone and in a team environmentCreative and innovative strategic thinkingEntrepreneurial spirit with a track record of showing initiative and retaining ownership of workAbility to handle and prioritize multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, work well under pressure, and review own work for accuracy
