Datadog is seeking an experienced Marketing Analytics Manager to provide essential reporting and analysis while contributing to strategic decision making on technology, attribution, and optimization. In this role, you will be responsible for creating reports and insights that cater to the diverse needs of executive leaders as well as individual campaign owners. You will frequently present your findings directly to stakeholders. In addition to your daily reporting and analysis tasks, you will leverage your expertise to enhance our Analytics and Marketing Operations communities, expanding our toolkit to facilitate better marketing decisions.

What You'll Do:

Manage daily reporting responsibilities for the Datadog Marketing organization, ensuring stakeholders and partner teams have the necessary information to succeed.Develop insights from our data to help various teams understand what is working, what isn't, and how we can improve.Gain an in-depth understanding of our Marketing Operations processes and MarTech stack to serve as a point of contact for individuals seeking to understand the reporting backend while also contributing to improvements at every stage.Project manage items from our Analytics development roadmap, working cross-functionally to advance our marketing capabilities through process and scale improvements.Exhibit curiosity about our data. While direct requests may often involve answering who, what and where questions about our marketing performance, we want you to adopt a problem-solving mentality that seeks to answer why.Who You Are:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field (Master's degree a plus)3+ years of experience in marketing analytics or a similar role with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights and reportingStrong proficiency in data analysis tools and software. Salesforce and Marketo experience highly desired, SQL a plusStrong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex data insights clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiencesDatadog values people from all walks of life. Datadog offers a competitive salary and equity package, and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. $93,750-$125,000 USD
