We are seeking a professional level social media creator who produces content that exudes positivity, friendliness, humor, and warmth to our audience. Candidates who are invited to interview should come prepared by having reviewed all the firm's business social media pages and profiles and bring to the interview ideas and recommendations on how to improve our content and better engage with our followers. In addition, you must bring a sample of a 1-month social media content calendar you prepared for GOLDLAW. This is a requirement of your interview. If you do not come prepared with knowledge of the GOLDLAW brand on social media, then the interview will be concluded. If you have an online portfolio, send a URL, send links to at least three examples of your work or provide links to any social media accounts you've managed professionally.

Collaboration with other marketing team members on projects and events is a regular part of the job .

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create and manage our social media strategy and execute campaigns to support our firm's growth goals.Post and engage with followers and commenters on behalf of the firm and various organizations that collaborate with our firm online and influencers.Create and maintain editorial calendar for the firms' postings for multiple brands and platforms.Plan and maintain weekly editorial calendars for the firm's postings.Conceptualize, create, and manage content that educates and entertains when posting about our involvement in the community, accomplishments, activities, and events.Handle replies to direct messages, comments, and shares. Upload content in SharePoint for future use.Manage and monitor competitor social media activities, news events that may affect our clients, social media platform developments and social media receipts and expenses.Share best-practice knowledge with other team members on using social media to promote and protect our practice.Identify and collaborate with Marketing team members on content and influences beneficial to the firm.Attend and participate in all marketing, sponsorships, public events, and in-house employee events Keep up to date and comply with our state bar's guidelines on social media use by law firms.Coordinate with vendors or consistent brand messaging and timely postsManage virtual assistants who are working under your direction creating or editing social media content.ANALYTICAL SKILLS:

Utilize analytical tools to track performance metrics and provide reports on key metrics, insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Collect and analyze engagement metrics, such as shares, comments, raffle entries, transaction volume, traffic mix, click-through rates, conversion rates.Assist in setting up or optimizing analytics tools for tracking follower's behaviors.Identify appropriate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and report key metrics from digital campaignsImprove search-related activities through ongoing analysis, experimentation, or optimization tests, using A/B or multivariate methods.Conduct market research analysis to identify search query trends, real-time search and news media activity, popular social media topics, logical trends, market opportunities, or competitor performanceCORE COMPETENCIES OF SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETER

Skilled at all major social platforms (i.e., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, chatbots, etc.) and knowledgeable of what contributes to content performing wellCreativity and attention to detail is necessary for success in this roleExcellent writing skills are incredibly important in this role. You must have the ability to turn in clean copy with proper grammar and punctuation (you will be asked to submit writing samples and to take a writing and editing assessment)A habit for meeting deadlines. You will have many recurring deadlines to meet.Energy and determination to get the best compelling and interesting stories to share with our followers
