The ideal candidate for the position must have experience in standard HTML/ JavaScript.The Level 1 Web Developer shall possess the following capabilities:Maintain a functioning user-accessible websiteCodes less complex websites using HTML, Visual Basic, or other web-based programming languagesSupport website planning and deploymentWrite documentation regarding the website's technical requirementsMaintain website technical documentation to assist with website maintenance and upgradesApply concepts, develops, tests, maintain and supports high-performance, innovative web-based applicationsResponsible for troubleshooting software problems and providing solutions to overcome those problems using the latest technologiesWork with management and information technologists to determine specificationsUse a variety of internet technologies, techniques and tools such as graphics software applications and object-oriented languages (e.g. Java, CGI, Visual Basic, HTML, XML) to create web page elements such as user interface features, site animation, special effects, databases, and e-business applications
Qualifications:Four (4) years of experience as a Web Developer and a Bachelor's Degree in related technical discipline required.
