Cliff Drysdale Management is hiring a full-time Marketing Coordinator

to support our managed properties, clients, and company initiatives. The successful candidate will work alongside the corporate marketing team to grow the success of tennis, pickleball, and padel across the world. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a strong understanding of written and creative marketing skills to maximize communications across our brands.

Experience and Qualifications:•Extremely strong organizational skills required•Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications required•Strong oral and written communications skills required•Proficiency with social media platforms and content creation preferred•Proficiency with web design platforms and email campaign software a plus•Experience with Adobe Creative Suite design software preferred•Related tennis or other sports industry experience preferred

Compensation Package:

Full time, hourly wage plus benefits package

Job Description/Key Responsibilities:•Coordinate, design and distribute club level and travel and events newsletters•Design and distribute promo email blasts•Vendor order management as assigned•Research projects as assigned•Plan and execute social media content•Website updates and design•Database updates and onboarding•Magazine ad and article coordination•Design edits to marketing collateral•Promotional items and goodie bag coordinating/ordering for special events•Participate in and contribute to staff meetings•When needed, provide back-up support to other department staff

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, journalism or business preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Demands:

Frequently stands and uses hands; reaches with hands and arms, talks or hears. Regularly walks, sits, climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crawls or crouches. Regularly lifts up to 10 pounds and occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds.

Environment/Noise:

Occasionally works in outdoor weather conditions. Noise level is moderate.
