Description

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for management and optimization of marketing technology platforms, including CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms, to support marketing initiatives and drive business growth.

Essential Job Duties:

Main responsibilities:

Conduct data analysis to generate insights into marketing performance, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness, using tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and SQL databases.Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and communicate results to stakeholders, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Support the implementation and integration of new marketing technology solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and requirements.Provide support and training to marketing teams on the use of marketing technology platforms and tools, including best practices, troubleshooting, and optimization techniques.Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute data-driven marketing strategies, including audience segmentation, targeting, and personalization, to enhance customer engagement and drive conversion.Monitor industry trends and best practices in marketing technology and analytics, providing recommendations for innovation and improvement to enhance marketing effectiveness and efficiency.Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize marketing campaigns and tactics, iterating on strategies based on data-driven insights and learnings.Manage marketing data and databases, ensuring data integrity, privacy compliance, and alignment with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).Support ad-hoc analysis and special projects as needed, providing actionable insights and recommendations to inform decision-making and drive business growth.Perform other duties as assigned.Requirements

Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Familiar and comfortable with information technology, particularly digital means of communication.Strong organizational skills in managing multiple initiatives.Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Eloqua), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, visualization, and interpretation, using tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.Education and Experience:

Minimum five years' experience in marketing analytics, martech management or related roles, or related roles, with a strong understanding of marketing technology and data analysis techniquesMinimum bachelor's degree or certification in marketing, business administration, statistics, computer science, or related field; or more than five years of related experience.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift 5 pounds at times.

Salary Description

$81,000 to $101,000
