Creative Account Manager
Marketing By Design (MBD) is seeking a dynamic Creative Account Manager to join our Private Label team.
This post is full-time (40 hours) reporting to the Creative Strategy Manager.
This post is hybrid with a requirement to make regular visits to the client at their Head Office in MA.
The starting salary for this role is $80k.
As a Creative Account Manager, you will play a key strategic role serving as the primary point of contact for the client.
You will deliver design and packaging artwork projects and provide creative direction for the client.
Working with the internal team, you will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting the client's expectations. You will thrive at building relationships and developing trust both with the internal team and with the client, by providing thoughtful solutions, a consistent eye for detail, and sound judgment.
The ideal person will be flexible, responsive, professional, and have strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
Build professional, respectful and trusting relationships with clients and internal team members.Manage client relationships through effective communication and proactive interventions.Provide strategic guidance and creative direction to clients.Proactively seek out, create, and manage proposals for new opportunities with the client.Manage and control budgets including estimates and invoices to maximize billing.Lead client and internal team meetings.Communicate clearly and concisely.Identify and proactively resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction.Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
3+ years of experience in creative account management.Experience working in the CPG industry on creative brands and design projects.Able to build positive and effective relationships with clients and the internal team.Excellent communication and presentation skills with a keen attention to detail.Strong organizational, time management and follow-up skills.Familiarity with both Windows and MacOS environments and MS Office 365.
