You will set up and run successful B2B paid search campaigns (SEA, SEM, PPC), leveraging deep expertise, analytics and tooling to continuously optimize and improve the campaign performance.

Your role:Will be to take an active role in all aspects of managing search campaigns on Google and Bing to drive set KPIs and business impact. As part of our in-house digital campaign activation team, you will recommend, set up and run successful search advertising campaigns targeting the Healthcare Professional audience.You will be able to: translate business needs into search marketing goals, manage keyword research, recommend optimal keyword sets that are relevant to each Philips Healthcare business or solution, determine KPI benchmarks, form search recommendations (including an architecture of the right formats, tactics and spend levels) and identify the drivers/detractors of performance.Build relationship with search platform partners (Google, Bing) to understand and test the latest search capabilities and help define and manage the B2B paid search roadmap for Philips Healthcare.Managing multiple paid search campaigns E2E at one time, including set up, testing, optimization, and reporting on Google and Bing and manage multiple search accounts and update/optimize account structure as needed.You will be responsible for Creation of detailed paid search plans in line with business objectives and campaign brief, translation of business KPIs into channel KPIs, set up and run paid search campaigns, ensuring timely and quality execution with the North America region, leading to increased search impression share and online performance.You're

You've acquired 5+ years of experience in Managing E2E paid search campaigns (B2B preferably) on Google and Bing, have strong individual contribution and collaboration in a larger team of paid media and digital campaign professionals with strong experience in: managing search advertising strategy, budget management and allocation, campaign execution and management, campaign analysis and reporting, strong stakeholder communication, collaboration with cross-functional teams.Your skills include Search metrics, targeting and tactics, Search Ads 360 (SA360), Campaign Manager 360 (CM360), Google Analytics (GA), Google Search Console and strong campaign data analysis skills.You have a Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Media or PR preferably.You are tech/digital savvy, detail oriented and able to deliver on deadline. Strong English language skills and working knowledge of other languages is valuable for campaign optimization.You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.About Philips
